HIV 1/2 RAPID TEST KIT

The HIV 1/2 rapid test cassette is intended for the qualitative detection of antibodies against HIV types 1 and 2 in whole blood, serum, or human plasma to facilitate the diagnosis of HIV infection. The test uses a membrane pre-coated with recombinant HIV antigens and a latex conjugate to detect anti-HIV 1 and 2 antibodies. The sample migrates by capillarity and reacts with the antigens, producing a colored line if antibodies are present.
