TROD ANGINE STREP A

Rapid diagnostic orientation tests (TROD) for sore throats allow checking the viral or bacterial origin of a sore throat in a few minutes, thanks to a throat swab performed by a doctor or a pharmacist. These tests therefore help decide if prescribing antibiotics is necessary.

This rapid test qualitatively detects Streptococcus antigens from throat swab samples, aiding in the diagnosis of group A streptococcal infection.
