This test is a Rapid Diagnostic Orientation Test (TROD) serological test for COVID-19 IgG and IgM antibodies. It allows, in 15 minutes, using a drop of capillary blood obtained from the fingertip, to determine if a person who has been in contact with the new SARS-CoV-2 virus has developed an immune response, presumably protective, as is generally the case in infections caused by Coronaviruses. Validated by the ANSM, this test has a sensitivity of 96.4% and a specificity of 99.5%. The Hightop serological test detects IgG/IgM antibodies whether they have been induced by the S or N protein.
